Steve and his wife, Kim, lead marriage retreats and serve as marriage mentors as a ministry of Real Life Ministries in Post Falls, Idaho.  http://www.reallifeministries.com/marriageretreat/  Steve teaches Bible study and marriage classes for the church. He has also served as a Life group leader and as a coach to life group leaders.
